We test and recondition common rail injectors on a KOMTEST CRI 1400 — Bosch, Denso, Delphi and Siemens, solenoid and piezo. You get measured data for every single injector, not a promise that it will probably be fine. If we have the injectors in stock, you get them the same day.
What we do
All makes, all model years. Workshops, hauliers and private owners alike.
Testing of your own injectors at DKK 250 each with a written report. Reconditioning, coding and adaptation of common rail injectors from Bosch, Denso, Delphi and Siemens — solenoid and piezo. We measure return flow, injection quantity, leakage and spray pattern at several test points.
Injector services →Reconditioning with high-speed balancing on a CIMAT Rotortest. Housings are wet-blasted, and we find the cause of the failure — not just the symptom.
Turbocharger services →Cleaning, diagnosis and replacement. Two of the most expensive faults on a modern diesel.
Read more →Fault-finding on wiring looms, sensors and control units. We find the cause rather than replacing parts on suspicion.
See more →Full fault-code reading and live data on all makes. You get a written assessment of what is wrong.
See more →Oil service, brakes and filters. Any make, any year — without affecting the manufacturer’s warranty.
All services →No surprises
Drop it off at Kuldyssen 19E, or send the unit to us. Call first and we will sort out the practicalities.
We test before we touch anything. You get a fault report and a fixed quote before any work starts.
Ultrasonic cleaning of injectors, wet blasting of turbo housings, new wear and sealing parts.
Injectors are tested on our KOMTEST bench. Turbo cores are balanced on the CIMAT Rotortest.
Same day from stock, otherwise typically 2–4 working days. Coding and adaptation can be done on site.
For workshops and hauliers
We work as a subcontractor for workshops across Zealand. You keep the customer — we supply the technical work. And if we have the unit in stock, it is ready the same day.
For private owners
Just drive in at Kuldyssen 19E — we take all makes and all model years.
Has a workshop told you the injectors or the turbocharger need replacing? Have them measured first. We test your own units and tell you what is actually wrong. Often they can be reconditioned for a fraction of what new ones cost — and just as often we find the fault was somewhere else entirely.
Why us
Any workshop can replace four injectors. Very few can tell you whether those four injectors were the problem in the first place. That is the difference between a bill and a solution.
We test common rail injectors under realistic operating conditions at several test points — return flow, injection quantity at idle, part load and full load, leakage, opening pressure and spray pattern.
Every injector comes with a written report of the measured data — including the injectors that turn out to be fine. If the injector is good, we say so and send it back.
Reconditioned injectors have to be coded into the ECU and adapted, otherwise the engine will run unevenly no matter how well the work was done. We finish the job.
Frequently asked questions
Possibly — but have them measured first. We test your own injectors and tell you what is actually wrong. It happens regularly that only one of four is faulty, or that the problem was never in the injectors at all. A test costs DKK 250 per injector and can save you many thousands. Injector testing costs DKK 250 each with a written report. Turbocharger reconditioning starts at DKK 2,500. If we have the unit in stock you can collect it the same day — otherwise reconditioning normally takes 2–4 working days. You always get a fixed quote before we start.
In the great majority of cases it can be reconditioned. The housing and the wheels rarely fail — it is the bearings, the seals and the VNT mechanism that wear. Every core is balanced on our CIMAT Rotortest before it leaves the workshop. We assess the unit once it is stripped, and we say honestly if reconditioning is not worth it. Yes. We receive injectors and turbochargers from all over Denmark, and by arrangement from abroad as well. Call or write first and we will agree the practicalities and tell you what to include.
Yes, on virtually every modern diesel engine. Each injector has its own code that must be written into the engine management — skip it and you get rough running, more smoke and damage over time. We carry out both coding and adaptation if the vehicle is with us. Find out why →
Both. Workshops are our main customers, but private owners are just as welcome. We take all makes and all model years — specialist work and ordinary servicing alike. All services →
Yes, 6 months warranty on all reconditioned injectors and turbochargers. The measured data comes with the unit, so you have documentation of the work.
Monday to Friday 09.00–17.30 and Saturday 10.00–14.00. We are closed on Sundays. If you need to drop off or collect outside opening hours, call us — we usually work something out. Directions →
Call with your engine code or part number and we will tell you straight away what we can do.
