What we do

Diesel Clinic specialises in exactly what most workshops send elsewhere: common rail injectors and turbochargers. We test injectors on our KOMTEST bench and supply measured data with every single unit, we recondition turbochargers, balance the cores on a CIMAT Rotortest and find the reason they failed, and we code and adapt the injectors so the vehicle runs properly when it leaves us.

Alongside the specialism we are an ordinary garage. Oil service, brakes, filters, diagnostics and auto electrics — all makes, all model years.

Who we work for

Our main customers are other workshops and hauliers on Zealand who use us as a subcontractor. They keep the customer, we supply the technical work — and they get a test report they can pass on.

But you do not have to be a workshop to come here. Private owners are just as welcome, and a good deal of our work starts with someone who has had a shocking quote elsewhere and wants a second opinion.

How we work

• We measure before we touch anything. You get a fault report and a fixed quote before any work starts.
• We say honestly when something is not worth doing. If the injector is good, we send it back. That costs us a profit and earns us a customer.
• We find the cause, not just the symptom. A turbocharger that fails twice is almost always down to something else in the engine.
• You take the documentation home. Measured data for every unit, so you know what you have.
